The lifting of ‘stay at home’ restrictions gives you the opportunity to reacquaint yourself with your pride and joy. Your health and safety are paramount, and we wish to reassure you that we are taking the necessary steps to create a secure environment to minimise the Covid-19 risk.
We are delighted to announce that we have created a new ‘Contactless Collection & Check In’ facility for client vehicles.
Our new process means that all collections and deliveries will be completely contactless; and TMS staff will maintain a safe social distance.
Vehicles will be fully prepared 15 minutes prior to customer arrival; this includes disinfecting door handles, steering wheels, gear sticks, and start button. PPE will be worn during all client vehicle preparation duties.
Keys will be sanitised before being placed in a client specific envelope, which will then be placed on the TMS podium next to the client vehicle.
For Returns, all clients will be asked to the leave their keys in the specifically labelled ‘Key Returns’ tray.
